Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges and store credit are only permitted in the event a customer received the wrong color or size from the initial purchase. Prior to returning item(s) for exchange, the item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items. Double check your shopping cart for accuracy before finalizing orders. In the event a size exchange is permitted, customers will be responsible for shipping back an item for exchange. Item must be in good condition and unworn when received.
Secure Transaction Processing
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as form of payments. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted. Shipping
All domestic orders ship within 1-6 business days after orders are processed. All international orders ship within 10-15 business days. Please allow at least 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends) for orders to process. Once orders have shipped customers will receive a tracking number to track the shipment. Machine Wash COLD with like colors inside out. It is recommended to wash or rinse prior to wearing. Do NOT use bleach to wash. Tumble Dry LOW. Do NOT iron on design prints.
Taxes
SIMENSION LLC is based in the state of New York. Clothing and footwear sold for less than $110 per item are exempt from sales tax. Purchases above $110 are subject to a 4.5% NYC Sales Tax and a 4% NY State Sales Tax.
The following are not eligible for exemption: Clothing sold for $110 or more per item or pair. For example, two items with a combined price of $200 will still be exempt from sales tax, but one item with an individual price of $110 or more will be subject to the New York City and NY State sales tax.
